The combination of an automatic tool changer and rotary table facilitates batch production of awards
with varying designs. As the CNC machine can automatically switch tools and reorient the workpiece,
it can swiftly switch from roughing to finishing tools, engraving bits, or other specialized tools
required for creating custom awards, creative acrylic castings, financial tombstones and corporate
gifts. By avoiding manual setup changes during production, we can reduce the downtime between
tool changes, leading to a more continuous and efficient machining process. As a result, the time
required to complete each award is significantly reduced, enabling quicker turnaround time for our

The rotary table on this CNC machine allows the workpiece to be rotated about its axis, offering the
ability to machine the material from multiple angles. This feature enables the creation of three-
dimensional designs that where very time consuming to achieve with the fixed-axis machine. The
