Laser cutting is a versatile technology that uses a high-powered laser beam to cut materials, including recyclable acrylic, aluminium and wood. Laser cutting machines can cut intricate shapes and designs with extreme precision, accuracy, and a consistent result. The laser beam cuts the material in the same way every time, ensuring that the final product is consistent in quality and appearance. Compared to traditional cutting methods, laser cutting produces less waste, as the laser beam is very precise, and it does not require any additional cutting tools. There is minimal material wastage, and the leftover scraps can be recycled or repurposed.


The big advantage of laser engraving is its ability to mark and decorate our favorite materials: recyclable acrylic, wood, bamboo and aluminium with detailed designs. Laser engraving is a non-contact process that uses a high-powered laser beam to remove the surface layer of a material, leaving behind a permanent engraved design. It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly process. Unlike traditional engraving methods that may involve the use of chemicals, laser engraving does not produce any harmful fumes or waste materials. This makes it a safer and more sustainable method of engraving for the environment.


One of the advantages of a traditional sawing machine over modern laser cutting is its ability to cut through thicker materials. Another advantage of a traditional sawing machine is the lower setup cost compared to laser cutters. While a laser cutter can offer precision and speed, it creates a higher setup cost. Rectangle shapes are still traditionally sawed to offer our clients a more competitive offer.


UV printing is a method of printing that uses ultraviolet light to cure (harden) ink onto the surface of a material, such as acrylic or wood. With the ability to print on surfaces up to 150mm high, we can handle a wide range of materials and applications, including printing on thicker objects such as acrylic blocks, wood panels, and bamboo blocks and metal plates. The ability to print on thicker objects allows for greater creativity and customization in design, as well as to create awards & recognitions, corporate gifts and branding products, personalized gifts, and custom prototypes.


Acrylic heat bending is a process that involves heating an acrylic sheet to a create simple curves, angles, custom shapes, and forms. We incorporate this technique in customized designs for financial tombstones, or green deal toys, but it also gives us the ability to create customized displays, acrylic protection covers, stands or product design.


Unfinished cast acrylic has a rough surface that requires milling. The machine removes excess material by rotating the mill to create a more uniform surface. To achieve the unique clarity and smoothness of clear acrylic, the material must undergo additional steps after milling, such as sanding, diamond polishing, and hand polishing.


CNC machining allows for high-precision cutting and shaping of acrylic, wood, and aluminum materials, resulting in detailed designs suitable for financial tombstones, trophies and creative acrylic castings. The computer-controlled process enables repeatability and accuracy of design, making it ideal for producing multiple identical parts with tight tolerances. CNC machining can accommodate a wide range of shapes and sizes, including complex curves, recesses, angles, and geometric patterns.


Lathe turning enables precise and controlled shaping of acrylic, wood, and aluminum materials to create a variety of shapes and designs. The process allows for creating cylinder based designs with fine details, using a range of cutting tools. Lathe turning can achieve both rough and finished surfaces, depending on the desired effect and material properties. The process offers high efficiency, allowing for the production of a large number of identical parts in a short period of time.


Hand polishing is often preferred for achieving scratch-free acrylic surfaces because it allows for precise control and adjustment of the pressure, speed, and polishing material used. This level of control is especially important for clear cast acrylic, which is susceptible to heat buildup and distortion if polished with a machine. Hand polishing also enables the removal of the finest surface imperfections and scratches, resulting in a highly polished and clear finish.


Spray painting with an airbrush machine offers supreme quality finish. Its precise strokes result in a fine and shining look, making it a great choice for achieving a high-quality finish on 3d printed objects. An airbrush machine enables precise spraying of paint onto specifically chosen surfaces, including those on customized awards crafted from recyclabe acrylic or certified wood.


UV glueing can be used to bond acrylic to a wide range of other materials, including wood, metal and tinted acrylic. It offers several advantages over other adhesive methods. First, UV glueing produces a strong and durable bond that is highly resistant to water, heat, and chemicals. Second, the glue is transparent and does not leave residue or marks, preserving the aesthetic appearance of the acrylic. Third, UV glueing is a fast and efficient process that does not require any clamping or curing time, making it ideal for high-volume production runs.
