One of our sales managers will contact you to ask if you would appreciate a visit to your office, or if you prefer to start up the process by phone or email. We will provide you with multiple designs on short notice and a fair indication of the price per unit. As we have an in-house production plant, we know exactly how to produce your tombstone to keep it within your budget.

After deciding on a design, we will double check all the supplied logos and if the indication of the price per unit we gave you in step 2 still stands.

In the mean time you can decide whether you would like to order a sample first. A sample is the first piece of the balance. Drastic changes made to the sample might create additional costs.

Your account manager will offer you an order confirmation and final PDF for approval by email. At this stage, you can also decide if you want us to split the invoice for you. With this service we invoice each party for their share in the production of the tombstones directly.

After receipt of the undersigned order confirmation and approval on the PDF, we will start production of the sample / balance immediately. During the process we will keep you informed.

As we produce the tombstones in-house it enables us to provide you with real time updates.
